These terms govern your use of DrinkCravings as a customer, vendor, or visitor. By using the platform you agree to them.
Marketplace role
DrinkCravings provides technology that connects customers with independent vendors. We are not the seller of record for vendor-listed products unless explicitly stated.
Orders & payment
Customers submit order requests. Vendors confirm availability before payment is requested. Payment must be completed within the confirmation window shown at checkout. Unpaid confirmed orders may be cancelled.
Age restriction
You must be 18 or older to order alcoholic beverages. Vendors and delivery partners may request proof of age.
Vendor obligations
Vendors are responsible for accurate listings, lawful sales, and fulfilling confirmed paid orders. DrinkCravings may suspend accounts that violate platform policies.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
